Artist Supplies

Suggested supplies from Bunny Holmes:
I use Canson rough watercolor paper, # 140 wt. in a tablet. I love Winsor and Newton watercolor brushes, series 233, sizes 6, 10, 12 and 14. These hold just the right amt. of water for my style of painting, and are reasonable. Dick Blick website is a good place to use for these.

Suggested supplies from Peggy Schumm:
I am an oil painter and I really like Grumbacher oils but I do not like the caps on the tubes. They tend to break and leak the oils. I also like the viscosity of Gamblin brand oils and the fact that the company has a great web resource for traveling with oil paints since many airlines think they are hazardous Gamblin has an informative site for how to travel with their paints.

Art Supply Stores

Dick Blick, recommended by many guild members.

Buydig.com, recommended by Janice Henry for equipment.
